1. Returns

We accept returns on most products within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging and with any tags still attached.
  • A proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.

If your item meets these conditions, follow the instructions below to complete your return.

Non-returnable items:

  • Personalized or custom items
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable” in the product description

2. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return:

  • Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return.
  • If returning in-store, please bring the item(s) and proof of purchase with you.

Once your return is approved, we will guide you through the next steps.

3. Refunds

After receiving your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

4. Exchanges

We will exchange items only if they are defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at tribesellc@beselookboutique.online or visit our store with your order number and description of the issue.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:
